Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for a well-established volume main dealership in Exeter.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer queries efficiently
• Scheduling vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance appointments
• Coordinating with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs
• Arranging courtesy vehicles to enhance customer satisfaction
• Invoicing completed work and processing payments accurately
• Achieving dealership targets and key performance indicators
• Building strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and loyalty

Requirements for the Service Advisor:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a positive approach
• Computer literate and familiar with dealership management systems
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
