Looking to specialise in Employee Relations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We're partnering with an established production business to recruit a Senior ER Advisor to support a busy operational site. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing complex casework, guiding managers, and ensuring fair, consistent people practices across the business.
About the role
- Leading on a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
- Providing expert guidance and coaching to line managers on ER matters
- Supporting investigations and ensuring best practice and compliance
- Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement of ER processes
- Working closely with HR and operational teams to drive consistent, people-focused outcomes
What background do you need for this Senior ER Advisor role?
- Strong ER experience within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment - essential
- Confident managing complex and high-volume casework
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Resilient, organised and able to manage competing priorities
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- A credible communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
