Willcox Matthews are exclusively retained by a well-established, healthcare technology manufacturer as they look to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a Head of Commercial Growth.
The business delivers clinical technology solutions into hospitals, supporting frontline staff with tools that improve efficiency, workflow and patient care - including mobile workstations, mounting systems and point-of-care IT solutions.
This is a key, high-priority hire and a critical appointment for the next phase of the company s growth. This role sits between a hands-on sales leader and a strategic commercial driver - ideal for someone stepping up from Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager level or already operating at National level.
