We are currently recruiting for a number of pipefitters for works on a busy commercial installation site in Paddington.

(Apply online only) day rate working hours 8am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri. Paid weekly CIS/ LTD.

Works will consist of the following:

• Isolate, drain down, and disconnect 33 ceiling-mounted 4-pipe fan coil units (heating and cooling)
• Fit 4-port control valves to each unit prior to installation (valves to be supplied by others, wiring excluded)
• Carry out 15mm copper press-fit connections to both chilled water and heating circuits serving the new fan coil units
• Insulate all new pipework using Armaflex insulation
• Install AAVs, drain valves, and commissioning valves on each fan coil unit
• Undertake filling, venting, and bleeding of the system
• Copper half inch pipe
• Must be able to read drawings and work paired up
• All other associated tasks.

Applicants must have experience in a similar role and be able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.

Applicants must have own tools, PPE and a valid JIB/ CSCS Blue or Gold card.
