The Role

As a key member of the night shift engineering team, you ll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
• Fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with food manufacturing standards

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (FMCG / food manufacturing ideal but not essential)
• Strong electrical or mechanical fault-finding skills
• Recognised engineering qualifications
• Comfortable working a permanent night shift
• A proactive, team-focused mindset
