Job Description
Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced Science Teacher for a mainstream secondary academy based within the Bradford area on a full-time basis.
The role will involve teaching Science at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is required.
The position is due to begin asap and will continue on a full-time basis until the summer.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to teach Science up to KS4
- A passion for the subject
- Ability to raise standards throughout
- Ability to engage with a varied cohort
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and differentiate lessons accordingly
- Good behaviour management strategies
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
- Hold PGCE with QTS or equivalent
