Customer Service Administrator
£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Temporary with the potential to lead to permanent
Concept Recruitment are working with our client based in Bradford BD4 to recruit an experienced customer service administrator on a temp basis this could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
- Process orders, invoices, returns, and refunds
- Maintain and update customer records and internal systems
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, accounts, logistics)
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
You will need:
- Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team
- Competent MS Office
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
