Duties of the MET Technician:

• Conducting mechanical and electrical vehicle repairs, including panel work, suspension, and radiators
• Using Audatex diagnostics and Autoflow systems for job cards and repair planning
• Managing repairs predominantly within fleet and insurance sectors
• Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards
• Working collaboratively with panel beaters, painters, and prep teams
• Maintaining accurate job times and adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MET Technician or similar vehicle repair position
• Experience with bodywork repairs such as panel changes, suspension, and radiators
• Experience with Audatex diagnostics system is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative attitude
• Willingness to adapt and expand skill set, including technical qualifications if desired
• Stable employment history with references from reputable employers
• Vehicle technicians with trim work experience seeking to move into MET Technician positions are encouraged to apply
