Partner - Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax advice across corporate tax, personal tax, capital gains, inheritance tax, VAT, and cross-border structuring.
• Lead technically complex client engagements, ensuring compliance and optimising tax planning opportunities.
• Advise on corporate transactions, restructurings, and business growth strategies.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing tax team.
• Grow your own client base while maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and expansion of the firm.
