Duties:

  • Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Service Manager
  • Ensure timely completion of work while adhering to safety, quality, and reliability standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and manufacturer procedures
  • Complete all work within the workshop efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Report on vehicle condition, safety, and performance to facilitate effective aftersales service
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive workshop environment

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Minimum of one to two years practical experience post-qualification preferred
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Strong commitment to quality workmanship and team collaboration
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a busy dealership environment
  • MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
  • Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to continuous improvement
