Duties:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Service Manager
- Ensure timely completion of work while adhering to safety, quality, and reliability standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and manufacturer procedures
- Complete all work within the workshop efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
- Report on vehicle condition, safety, and performance to facilitate effective aftersales service
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive workshop environment
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Minimum of one to two years practical experience post-qualification preferred
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and team collaboration
- Ability to perform efficiently in a busy dealership environment
- MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to continuous improvement
