RESIDENTIAL SURVEYOR (AssocRICS / MRICS PATHWAY)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS) to join our Survey and Professional Services team, delivering high quality valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients.
This is a home based role within a stable, technically strong environment, with inspections and diary centrally coordinated so you can focus on professional judgement, inspection quality and report delivery.
Your workload will include lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes and, where appropriate, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. Volumes are structured to prioritise quality, accuracy and defensibility.
This role is ideal for an AssocRICS Surveyor looking to progress towards MRICS within a respected and established practice.
