Registered Mental Health Nurse in Sheffield

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support mental health teams in various settings, making critical care decisions.
• Assess, plan, and deliver person-centered interventions for complex needs like challenging behaviors.
• Advocate for clients, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• RMN with current NMC registration; 2+ years experience as a nurse.
• Proven team leadership in mental health; PMVA training required/provided.
• Strong communication, empathy under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts.
