A growing financial services firm is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business across mortgages, protection and wealth advice.
Reporting to the Operations Manager (Head of Operations), you will play a key role in ensuring operational processes run smoothly while supporting advisers and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
• Arranging adviser and internal meetings
• Booking meeting rooms and managing logistics
• Supporting adviser joiner and leaver processes
• Preparing onboarding documentation
• Acting as the link between the firm and the network
• Providing day-to-day operational support to advisers
What We re Looking For
• Administration or operations experience (financial services beneficial)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
