Your Role as an Operations Manager will include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations across solar installations
Coordinating engineers, schedules and workloads
Supporting project delivery across domestic and light commercial sites
Liaising with customers and ensuring smooth job completion
Maintaining high standards across installation and service delivery
The successful Operations Manager will have:
Background in Solar PV or electrical installations
Experience coordinating works or stepping into a supervisory/operations role
Understanding of domestic installations (commercial experience beneficial)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs
Full UK driving licence
