Job Description
We're looking for an Operations Excellence Lead to drive performance, stability, and continuous improvement within a pilot manufacturing environment for our client. This is a hands-on role, combining shopfloor involvement with the development of scalable systems and processes.
Operations Excellence Lead Key Responsibilities:
- Define and track manufacturing KPIs (yield, throughput, cycle time)
- Implement SPC and drive process stability
- Lead Lean initiatives (standard work, flow, waste reduction)
- Identify bottlenecks and deliver continuous improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Build visual management and performance systems
Experience required:
- Experience in operational excellence / continuous improvement
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device manufacturing
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and on the ground
- Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- SPC and regulated environment experience
