Duties:

• Accurately fitting, repairing, and maintaining tyres across all vehicle makes, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Removing and refitting wheels and related components, making necessary adjustments as required
• Conducting routine diagnostics and tyre-related repairs, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines
• Maintaining precise documentation for all work carried out, ensuring compliance and transparency
• Providing excellent customer service, explaining repairs and recommendations clearly
• Ensuring a clean and organised workshop environment at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter, ideally gained through employment or an apprenticeship
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Experience working in a professional workshop environment
• Reliable and capable of meeting deadlines efficiently
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and self-improvement
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail
