Job Description
The Electronic Assembly Technician will be part of our dedicated production team. This role will focus on assembling, wiring and testing products.
Key responsibilities:
- Completing various assembly tasks involving hand soldering, cable and wire assembly and general assembly techniques for production.
- Use of electrical test equipment
- Monitoring component stock and placing purchase requests.
- Support with creating documentation
Requirements:
- Confident using hand tools such as crimping tools, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools.
- Confident soldering components
- Experience following documentation and design to a high degree of accuracy.
- Track record of delivering projects on time within scope
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging systems
- Able to clearly communicate technical solutions with peers and non- engineering colleagues
