About the Role This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, including flagship schemes valued at £50m+.
You will take responsibility for managing project teams, ensuring programme, commercial and quality targets are achieved, while maintaining high standards across all stages of delivery.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving performance, improving processes and ensuring projects are delivered to a high-quality, right first time standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects across various sectors
- Lead and manage Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations
- Drive a culture of high standards, safety and quality across all sites
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Identify and mitigate risks across projects
- Support pre-construction and planning phases where required
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a main contracting environment
- Track record delivering high-value construction projects (£20m £50m+)
- Experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use or refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Open to or actively seeking relocation
