Duties:

• Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments confidently using Audatex
• Maximise upselling opportunities through effective customer interactions
• Complete detailed damage estimates in a timely manner to meet company and manufacturer standards
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Ensure all work reflects the company's quality assurance and professional image
• Support the workflow of the repair process through precise documentation and communication

Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA position:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA, preferably within an accident repair centre or dealership
• Familiarity with Audatex or similar estimating software
• ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• A motivated team player with a genuine desire to develop skills within vehicle repair estimations
• Strong communication skills combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively
