Parts Advisor

kolt recruitment are looking for a Parts Advisor for a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Enfield. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a fast-paced bodyshop where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop by managing parts efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities:

• Ordering, sourcing, and supplying parts for vehicle repairs
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure best pricing and availability
• Managing stock levels, returns, and credits
• Booking in parts and ensuring correct allocation to jobs
• Working closely with the workshop and estimators to minimise delays
• Maintaining accurate records using internal systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within an accident repair centre, main dealer, or motor factor
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
