Parts Manager

kolt recruitment are looking for a Parts Manager for a busy and well-established accident repair centre based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up, to join a fast-paced bodyshop environment where organisation, efficiency, and strong supplier management are key to success.
Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the parts department within the bodyshop
• Source, order, and manage parts efficiently to support workshop productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Control stock levels, returns, and credits to maximise profitability
• Ensure parts are available in line with repair schedules and minimise delays
• Manage and support parts staff where applicable
• Maintain accurate records and systems in line with company processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and ordering systems
• Excellent organisational and stock control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Full UK driving licence
