Motorcycle Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to work on premium BMW Motorrad bikes within a supportive team environment that values quality work and work-life balance.

• Competitive basic salary from 30,000 to 42,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Duties:

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs to BMW Motorrad motorcycles, adhering to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, then carry out repairs or advise on solutions
• Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and within specified time frames, maintaining quality standards
• Recommend preventative maintenance options to customers and inform them of future service needs
• Document vehicle conditions, faults, and repairs properly, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business from a Motorcycle Technician
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment, demonstrating a proactive attitude

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship certification, City & Guilds qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification in motorcycle maintenance and repair
• Proven experience working as a Motorcycle Technician, with a focus on diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Enthusiasm for motorcycles and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Supportive and proactive team player attitude
