Construction Project Manager
Location: St Asaph (Site-Based)
Hours: 42.75 per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
Integra People are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business for an experienced Construction Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation delivering a wide range of high-quality projects across both public and private sectors.

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering construction projects from concept through to completion. Acting as the key day-to-day client interface, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and programmes
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage procurement of materials, labour, and resources efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and contractual requirements
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions
  • Produce and present regular project reports to senior management and clients
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure effective cost management
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to design specifications
  • Manage site teams where required, including resource planning and performance management
  • Capture key project learnings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain strong financial oversight across all project stages

What We re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
  • Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good IT proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
