Recycling Operative

A large organisation is recruiting for Recycling Centre Operatives in the Medway Towns. This is an ongoing temporary position, and there may be the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

You will be working across three sites on a rota basis, covering both weekdays and weekends. Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Your duties will include:

• Greeting customers, checking ID, and logging them in.
• Directing vehicles to the correct areas.
• Ensuring waste is sorted correctly and providing guidance to customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Good customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with members of the public throughout the day. You must be flexible with hours and willing to work across all sites as required.

There may be a possibility of permanent employment, with a salary review upon completion of a qualifying period.
