About the Practice:

• Purpose-built, modern premises with parking on-site
• Supportive team including ANPs, nurses, and pharmacists
• High QOF achiever and active within the local PCN
• Focus on teamwork, quality patient care, and clinician wellbeing

About the Role:

• Mondays & Tuesdays
• 12-15 same day appointments per session
• No on-call or duty doctor requirements
• Home visits paid additionally
• £550 per day
• Streamlined systems and strong admin support
