Strong practical experience supporting TUPE transfers and employee transitions. Experience onboarding and supporting newly transitioning teams. Confidence managing employee relations and performance management cases. Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. Strong organisational skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
