Business Systems Analyst/Technical Business Analyst (Cyber)

We're partnering with a global organisation, operating out of their Glasgow office, who currently have several active cybersecurity initiatives underway. They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in cybersecurity, ideally with exposure to both Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Expectations:

• Work with technical and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Support cyber programme activities across IAM, PAM, and wider security workstreams
• Produce clear technical documentation, process maps, and analysis outputs
• Assist with defining AS IS and TO BE states across tools, processes, and user journeys
• Ensure alignment between security, technology, and operational teams
• Contribute to workshops, backlog refinement, and general BA tasks as required
• Must be happy leading small business cases for cyber related initiatives

You must be able to travel to Glasgow to spend time with stakeholders, engage with the team and run workshops.

Expect more travel in the first couple of weeks of the engagement to meet stakeholders etc.

3 month engagement that is likely to go beyond the end of the year.
