£30,000 - £35,000 (OTE £70,000+) + Uncapped Bonus + Flexibility + Progression
Are you a Business Development Manager with a true hunter mentality, who thrives on winning new business, opening doors, and building something from the ground up, looking for a role where your impact directly drives revenue and growth?
On offer is the opportunity to take full ownership of business development within a fast-growing premium food brand, where you will play a key role in scaling the business, expanding into new channels, and shaping its commercial future. This is not a maintenance role, it's a chance to drive change, hit ambitious targets, and grow into leading your own sales function.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business across the UK, targeting premium retail and hospitality accounts, building your own pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue. You will focus on opening new accounts, driving sales growth, and pushing the brand into new markets.
This role would suit a highly driven Business Development Manager or Sales professional with experience in food, retail, or wholesale, who is motivated by targets, ownership, and the opportunity to build and scale a business.
The Role - Win new business across retail, hospitality, and wholesale channels

- Hybrid role (Hereford / UK travel)
The Person - Proven business development / hunter sales experience
- Track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Highly driven, proactive, and commercially focused
- Full UK Driving Licence
