The role offers genuine long term progression, and aa clear route to Head of Department and ultimately Partnership.
- Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law
- Ability to manage caseload independently
- Strong experience across a broad range of private family law matters
- High client facing involvement
- Strong IT and Case Management systems experience
- Experience of DPS IT Case Management System would be beneficial (not essential)
- Handle matters including to include: divorce, financial disputes, children matters, separation agreements, pre & post nuptial agreements, care proceeding and domestic abuse
