Due to the nature of the role and context, an understanding of the impact of trauma and attachment in practice is essential. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, is fundamentally warm, nurturing and compassionate and can maintain a calm, reflective, systemic position. Ideally you will demonstrate initiative and have experience in leading on various projects.
