The Skill Mill Supervisor supports disadvantaged young people 16+ within the Justice System into work: promoting learning and developing skills and pro-social behaviours building relationships and establishing a work ethic developing employability and practical skills supporting the young people to overcome the barriers that can result in them failing to obtain or sustain opportunities that lead to sustainable training and employment.
