The Role

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready (no bunny trails!)
• Support menu development with creativity and fresh ideas
• Assist with functions, events, and special service requirements
• Support stock control and ordering processes
• Play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience

About You

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
• Calm and efficient under pressure (even during Easter brunch rush!)
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about food, presentation, and continuous improvement
