Electrical Maintenance Team Leader Bristol

A new opportunity has arisen for a Depot Team leader to be based in Bristol on a Permanent basis leading a team of 4 engineers as well as being involved in hands on maintenance work.

As Maintenance Team Leader you will be required to carry out electrical fault finding and provide technical solutions to complex problems. Liaising with customers on site for project updates. You will conduct training to staff and review work instructions for on-site contractors

The team work a 38 hour week Monday to Friday.

To be considered for the role you will have;

• A strong Electrical maintenance background ideally working on Rolling stock, particularly around relays, patching, sensors etc
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team of technicians
• Good problem solving skills and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards and industry compliance requirements

The role offers salary to 50,000 plus 5,000 annual bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance.
