We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support in the day-to-day management and administration of 2 company directors within a growing Lloyds MGA. This shared PA role focuses on managing emails, general office administration, and recurring tasks that help keep the directors focused on higher-value work.
You'll be trusted to handle communications professionally, prioritise workload, and bring structure and efficiency to day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Reading, prioritising and responding to emails on behalf of directors
- General office and administrative duties
- Managing recurring tasks, reminders, and follow-ups
- Diary coordination and meeting organisation
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks as required
About you
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident written communication and email management
- Comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous PA or office administration experience preferred
What we offer
- £25,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience (Please note for someone expecting the top end of the salary, you will need previous PA experience gained within the London Insurance market)
- 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
