What You ll Do:

• Support the Head Chef in running a busy, buzzing kitchen
• Help develop and deliver a seasonal, innovative menu that delights guests
• Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence
• Maintain top-notch standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control

• Proven professional kitchen experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
