This HLTA role offers a varied timetable combining classroom support with enrichment activities such as sports, cooking, and extra-curricular programmes. The successful HLTA will play a key role in raising attainment and building pupil
confidence.
The Role
- Supporting teaching and learning across the school as an HLTA
- Leading sports sessions, cooking lessons, and enrichment activities
- Running targeted SEN interventions to support progress
- Encouraging independence, engagement, and positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and leadership
We re Looking For
- A qualified HLTA or an experienced TA ready to step into an HLTA position
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN
- Confidence delivering structured activities
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A proactive, organised, and enthusiastic approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
