Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and legal requirements. Prepare and present final accounts. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role. If familiar with drylining projects, this would be a plus but not essential. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC). Proficient in Microsoft Office. If familiar with any quantity surveying software, this would be a plus.
