Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape and its commercial applications, with familiarity across technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, vector search, prompt design and AI platform operations. Experience overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, working closely with technical specialists to shape solution architectures, manage delivery risks and ensure successful business outcomes. Understanding of applying AI to drive operational efficiency and product innovation within Telecoms, Media, Technology or closely related industries. Knowledge of enterprise cloud ecosystems and AI services, including the practical considerations of deploying AI solutions securely, responsibly, and at scale. Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive decision-makers, demonstrating how AI can create measurable business value. Proven ability to evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into compelling client propositions and opportunities. Desirable: Strong communication skills. Experience in fast-paced, demanding delivery environments. Ability to travel internationally and stay away from home up to 5 days a week based on client needs. Experience in commercial management, delivery margin control or estimation. Experience or deep understanding of Agile environments.
