Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote events and maximise sponsorship and delegate revenue. Lead on-site content delivery, chairing sessions and managing speakers to ensure a high-quality experience. Review event performance, using feedback and data to improve future programmes, while managing timelines and travelling as required.
