Basic Salary: 30,000 - 36,000 OTE: 40,000 - 46,000 What They're Looking For A fully qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT Testing Licence. A skilled Technician with experience in servicing, maintenance, and repairs. A strong focus on customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence and trust. What You'll Do Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards. Complete servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard. Provide clear, honest advice to customers, building strong long-term relationships. Support the wider team to deliver quality, value, and exceptional customer care.
