TST Caseworker - Tenancy Sustainment & Floating Support Location: PAN London Pay Rate: £17.14 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) Contract: Temporary (Approx. 2 months) Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM) Overview Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for a TST Caseworker to join a dynamic service supporting individuals aged 18+ who are recovering from homelessness.This role focuses on delivering high-quality tenancy sustainment and floating support , helping clients maintain independence, improve wellbeing, and successfully move forward into long-term accommodation. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 25-28 clients, delivering regular key working sessions Develop strengths-based, outcome-focused support plans with clients Carry out risk assessments and implement effective risk management strategies Support clients with debt reduction, budgeting, and maximising income Work in partnership with statutory and non-statutory services, including accompanying clients to appointments Support access to health services , addressing physical and mental health needs Promote social inclusion , including access to education, training, and employment opportunities Deliver and facilitate group sessions, activities, and drop-ins Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with policy and legislation Requirements Experience or strong understanding of working with: Homelessness / housing support Mental & physical health Substance misuse (drug & alcohol) Safeguarding and risk management Tenancy sustainment (arrears, ASB, budgeting) Knowledge of housing pathways and move-on routes (PRS, social housing, supported housing) Ability to deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based support and motivational interventions Experience supporting clients to move into and sustain accommodation Strong partnership working and communication skills Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently (including lone working) Additional Information PAN London Travel expenses are claimable Lone working involved Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to temporary vacancies. Working knowledge of housing law, welfare benefits (including Universal Credit), and support agencies. Experience of working with vulnerable customers, including those with mental health needs. Confidence in multi-agency working and relationship-building. Strong communication, organisation, and case management skills.
