Key Responsibilities Strategic Delivery Leadership Lead high impact technology and operational initiatives that support Nurtur's growth and product roadmap. Deliver complex cross functional projects spanning technology, product development, and business operations. Work with senior leadership to define project objectives, success metrics, and delivery plans. Translate business strategy into clear, structured delivery programmes. Help prioritise initiatives across teams to ensure resources focus on the highest value work. Technology & Product Delivery Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, and operational teams. Ensure projects move smoothly from requirements through development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with technical leadership on solution approaches and integration planning. Maintain structured delivery practices including roadmaps, backlogs, timelines, and progress reporting. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Act as a central point of coordination across teams and leadership. Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Senior Management Team. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability. Desirable Experience Experience delivering digital products or SaaS platforms. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
