Key Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar leadership role, overseeing HR functions within the UK. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment laws, and regulations. Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations within the UK context. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with UK business objectives. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
