Property Valuer / Sales Consultant Basic Salary: 25,000 OTE: 40,000 55,000+ (Uncapped) My client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Valuer / Sales Consultant to join their successful and forward-thinking team. This is not a typical estate agency role. My client takes a consultative, client-first approach to property salesfocusing on honest valuations, tailored strategies, and delivering outstanding results. If your current approach relies on overvaluing to win instructions, this position is unlikely to be the right fit. Instead, this role is suited to someone who values integrity, builds trust, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. You will work closely with homeowners to understand their goals and develop a bespoke strategy around pricing, marketing, and target audience. You will remain actively involved throughout the sales journey, providing regular updates, advice, and support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth property research ahead of market appraisals Attend valuation appointments, delivering clear, data-driven advice and tailored sales strategies Present bespoke marketing packages confidently, supported by case studies and local market insights Build strong relationships with vendors, offering ongoing guidance throughout the sales process Match properties to prospective buyers using a CRM system and pro-actively contact applicants regarding new listings (supported by a Sales Negotiator) Conduct property viewings where required Gather and communicate feedback from viewings to vendors (supported by a Sales Negotiator) Working Hours: Core hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, with flexibility required to accommodate evening and weekend appointments when needed.
