A technical qualification in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification in Building Construction. A registered member or working towards registration with the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain. Strong understanding and experience of construction methodologies and their associated risk management. Registration with the CSCS in a relevant discipline. Full UK driving licence.
