Job Context: As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, well maintained and presented to a high standard. You will carry out general maintenance duties including carpentry, decorating, plumbing, general cleaning and landscaping, working both independently and as part of the wider maintenance team. You will conduct regular inspections to quickly identify and address maintenance needs, assist with event setups as required and ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety regulations. Job Dimensions: - This is a full-time client facing role working 37hours per week Monday to Friday. - The successful candidate will be expected take part in the on-call emergency rota - The role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
