You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes from our pastry section, as well as overseeing the daily running of the pastry and bakery section. You will prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as bread and cakes using fresh ingredients, following recipes along the way and then decorating the final product, whilst helping the team in develop and create new items and desserts for the pastry kitchen, ensuring that you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
