Key Responsibilities - Operations Manager - Fire & Security - Lead and develop service and project managers across fire and/or security disciplines. - Oversee operational performance, resource planning, and workflow management. - Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practice across all works. - Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and team capability. - Maintain strong client relationships and act as a senior point of escalation. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of operational staff. - Report on KPIs, performance, and operational strategy to the senior team. Requirements - Operations Manager - Fire & Security - Background in Fire or Security service or project operations. - Experience managing managers, not just engineers. - Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. - Ability to drive performance and implement operational improvements. - Commutable to the Hatfield area.
