Here's what the team will be looking for You will have experience of working with people requiring support around mental ill health and complex needs, with the ability to facilitate activity or support groups that promote engagement and recovery. You will bring excellent knowledge of the signs, symptoms, and treatments of mental illness, alongside the ability to assess when a service user's mental health is declining and take appropriate, timely action. With a strong understanding of key working, person-centred support planning, and recovery approaches, you will be committed to empowering individuals to achieve their goals. In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of safeguarding and the ability to address issues effectively, ensuring that the safety and wellbeing of service users is always prioritised.
