My client is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner to join their highly successful Conveyancing Team, based in Central London on a full-time basis with flexible home working as an option subject to work requirements. The Role: You will manage a varied residential property caseload, dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction using the industry's leading Case Management system. The role would suit someone who has experience managing a mixed sale and purchase caseload of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage own caseload, monitoring and delivering fully against personal targets Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines Proactively and efficiently manage transaction, whilst managing Client expectation Responsible for file from opening through to completion, ensuring that all files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements Provide clients with legal advice relevant to their cases, recording the advice and representing the best interests of the client in the transaction Taking instructions from clients and drafting the necessary legal documents and contracts for each case Proactively deal with the other side solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, clients and local authorities Deal with complex enquiries, researching previous cases and relevant laws so as to provide accurate advice Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk Comply at all times with the Solicitors Regulation Authorities Rules Ensure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct place Provide supervision, support and coaching to Paralegals Optimise the client experience through use of our conveyancing systems and technology Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and third parties Develop a culture of teamwork and high performance with a strong focus on customer care.
